  Poole Funeral Home staff is compassionate and professional. Upon entering the facility, we experienced a feeling of peace knowing our loved one's wishes would be fulfilled. Every detail to every request was completed to our satisfaction and beyond expectations. Poole Funeral Home is Woodstock's Family owned funeral home. The facility is state of the art and beautiful, and the staff attends to every need at a time when families need compassion. Thank you, Poole Funeral Home, for handling everything so well during this very difficult time for my friend after the loss of her husband.

  Top Notch Facility. Great friendly and compassionate folks here. Would highly recommend. They serve Veterans, Hospices and Assisted Living Facilities in the area as well as individuals throughout Northwest Atlanta area and North.

  Everyone at Poole Funeral home is extremely kind, caring and compassionate. I am new to the area and had no idea where to turn. Brian listened to what we wanted to do to honor my mom and made it happen. She looked beautiful and they paid attention to every detail. There were only 9 people at our service, we are from out of state and we're going to have another service where our family is from. They did not treat us any differently then if we were a group of 100 people. The funeral home is very impressive looking, very comfortable and beautiful. I also felt that their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in their time of need.

  I cannot praise Poole Funeral Home enough for their customer service, compassion, and care after I lost my husband in late August. The funeral director and staff treated us with respect and understood our unique requirements. The funeral home's decor is exquisite and conducive to the needs of families and visitors. Most importantly, Poole Funeral Home is committed to our community. They donate 10% of their service fees to families' churches or recognized charities. They provide discounts to our Veterans. I recommend Poole Funeral Home without hesitation. They saw me through the most difficult time of my life and treated me like family.
