  This has to be the best church ever. everybody gets along and the helpers interact with the kids. In the grove they have songs with dance moves and they all interact with each other this. the only thing i sugjest is that we have more mission trip. but overall best church ever

  I thought I had found a forever church home. I no longer feel this way. I signed up to volunteer after hearing Justin say they had a need for volunteers in the kids area. I listen to this on many Sundays and prayed about it. After talking to my family and sister..three of us signed up. I worked two Sunday's in the one year old room after passing the back ground check and such. I was excited because I teach one year olds for a living I have for about 6 years now and am in school for early childhood education. I thought god had called me to serve here. Then I was asked to meet with Justin and his wife. He reassured me that we were welcome in their church but I could not be in a role of leadership, worship team or in the area with children because I am married to a woman. I would like to add I was also told if your unmarried and living with the your boyfriend/girlfriend you are also not to be in these roles, but I know for a fact at least one other person whom lives with their boyfriends is teaching children and they were not asked to volunteer in other areas

  Finding a new church is very difficult. His Hands is worth a try. It follows a different format though, and you may have a dilemma... do you prefer a traditional or contemporary service? I grew from traditional roots, so things like music came from a hymnal.
